Westchester Ballet Company invites you and your class to The Nutcracker 2017 Performance for Students, a production of the Westchester Ballet Company, choreographed by Beth Fritz-Logrea and Jean Logrea.

The Nutcracker,with its inspiring dancing, lavish costumes, magnificent scenery and special effects, offers your students an educational experience centered around dance, a universal language that is fresh, engaging and beautiful.

Friday, December 15. Performance begins at 10:00 a.m.  Return to your school by 12:45 p.m.

Thrilling audiences at the County Center for over 20 years, Westchester Ballet Company’s magical production of this most popular story ballet is based on the Alexandre Dumas tale, inspired by the E.T.A. Hoffman tale, “The Nutcracker and the King of the Mice”, and set to Pyotr Ilych Tchaikovsky’s magical score. Featuring a cast of over 100 dancers and guest artists, this production is truly a gem.

The Nutcracker will provide a first-rate opportunity for students to practice the discipline of close observation during a professional performance and promote lifelong curiosity about the arts.
